Gold Coast, Apr 14 (IBNS): India s Ashwini Ponnappa and N.Sikki Reddy won the bronze medal at the ongoing Commonwealth Games' badminton women's doubles event here on Saturday.

They defeated Australians Setyana Mapasa and Gronya Somerville to win the medal.

They won the match 21-19 21-19.

The match lasted for 47 minutes.
