Calcutta Sports Journalists' Club's new executive committee elected

Kolkata/IBNS: The Calcutta Sports Journalists' Club (CSJC) elected its new executive committee for the next two years at its annual general meeting held at the club tent in Kolkata on Tuesday (Apr 30).

All the members of the executive committee were elected uncontested.

Suven Raha of Tripura's Dainik Sambad was reelected as the president of CSJC, while Amitabhas Das Sharma of The Hindu, Archiman Bhaduri of the Times of India, and Rupak Basu of Ei Samay were elected as vice presidents of the club.

Argha Bandyopadhyay of Ei Samay, Nazrul Islam Molla of Aajkal and Arindam Bandyopadhyay of Uttar Banga Sambad were elected as secretary, assistant secretary and treasurer respectively.

Members of the newly elected executive council are Indranil  Majumdar, Amarendra Chakraborty, Rabindranath Chaudhri, Arup Pal, and Biswajit Das.
