Aman Sehrawat loses to Japan's Rei Higuchi in Olympics Men's 57kg semis, will play for bronze

Paris/IBNS: Wrestler Aman Sehrawat lost to Japan's Rei Higuchi in the Men's 57kg semi-finals at the Paris Olympics. 

The Indian wrestler lost on technical superiority as his opponent reached 10-0 within a few minutes of the bout's start.

Aman will now play for the bronze medal on Friday.

Earlier, the Indian men's hockey team beat Spain 2-1 to clinch a second successive Olympic bronze medal.

Later at night, India's gold medalist from Tokyo 2020, Neeraj Chopra, will compete for gold again in the men's javelin throw final.
