New Delhi, Mar 9 (IBNS): Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli, who has been touring different parts of the world, seems to be enjoying his break.

Kohli has put up a tweet to say, "After a season of hectic tours, it’s finally time for me to take a backseat."

Kohli has been given a break by the BCCI from the international cricket post South African tour.

In Kohli's absence, Rohit Sharma is leading the Indian team in the tri-series against Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

India under Kohli's captaincy will tour Australia and England to play the bilateral series against the respective countries this year.

Kohli will also play the Indian Premier League (IPL), which will begin in April.

He will lead Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the IPL.
