Afghan boy receives signed jersey from Lionel Messi
Kabul, Feb 25 (IBNS) Murtaza Ahmadi, the five-year old Afghan boy who first made the headlines wearing an Argentina national Football team jersey made out of plastic, received a signed jersey from Lionel Messi on Thursday, a post on UNICEF Afghanistan's official Facebook page said.
The post quoted Ahmadi as saying, "I love Messi and my shirt says Messi loves me."
"As of today, Murtaza Ahmadi can proudly show off the new signed jerseys and a football he received from UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Leo Messi," the post read.
