Brisbane, Dec 20 (IBNS) Australia defeated India in the second Test to take a 2-0 lead in the ongoing 4-match Test series.

Australia beat India by four wickets as the visitors were all out for 224 in 64.3 overs in their second innings. Australia then chased down the target of 128 and won.

Brief score:  India 408 & 224 in 64.3 overs (Shikhar Dhawan 81, Cheteshwar Pujara 43, Mitchell Johnson 4/61, Mitchell Starc 2/27); Australia 505 & (target 128) 25/2 (Ishant Sharma 2/12).
