US: Houston rapper Big Pokey dies after collapsing on stage

US Rapper Big Pokey recently died after he collapsed on stage in Texas, media reports said.

He was 45.

“He was well loved by his family, friends and loyal fans. In the coming days, we will release information about his celebration of life and how the public can pay their respects. We ask that you respect his family and their privacy during this difficult time,” the post read.

Big Pokey was associated with chopped and screwed music, and was one of the original members of the Screwed Up Click.
