Mumbai/IBNS: On a day when Shilpa Shetty's husband  Raj Kundra walked out of jail after being granted bail, the actress took to social media to share how "this rise will demand a lot of courage, grit and will-power."

Her husband and businessman Raj Kundra was granted bail on Monday by a Mumbai court for two months over his arrest in connection with alleged shooting and streaming of porn.

The court had asked Kundra to pay Rs. 50,000 surety for his bail.

On Tuesday, after Kundra walked out of the jail, the actress wrote a powerful message saying 'there are always going to be moments that push you to the ground.'

"In times like these, I truly believe that if you fall seven times, make yourself strong enough to be able to stand back up eight times," Shilpa wrote in an Instagram post along with an image of herself performing a yoga posture.

"This rise will demand a lot of courage, grit, will-power, and strength during some of your most difficult moments. But, these qualities will only make you more resilient and robust in this journey called life," her post read.

"Every time that you rise back up, you will come back with renewed determination and motivation to make even the impossible possible," it added.

Last Thursday, the Mumbai Police had filed a 1,400-page charge sheet in the court levelling charges against the businessman.

Kundra's lawyer had on Saturday requested bail arguing that the investigation is over and a charge sheet has been filed.

Kundra was arrested on July 19, and since then in his bail plea, the businessman had been maintaining that he was falsely implicated.

Shilpa was listed as one of the eyewitnesses besides 42 others whose statements were recorded and included in the chargesheet.
