The Shimla connection between 'Tamasha' and 'Jab We Met'

Mumbai, Nov 17 (IBNS): Imtiaz Ali's upcoming film 'Tamasha' has made ripples right from its first video. With a super popular trailer which showed picturesque locations of Corsica, France and India, the film's visual grandeur is there for all to see.
Imtiaz is known to return to the Himalayan ranges and mountain towns, especially Shimla, for his films. In this case, a beautiful coincidence has come alive as both 'Tamasha' and 'Jab We Met' have used the same location.

For one of the scenes from Tamasha, an exuberant Ranbir is seen running on a flight of stairs with a picturesque view in the background. These were the same stairs where the song Aaogey Jab Tum from Jab We Met was filmed.

With Tamasha up for release on November 27, one can't wait to see Ranbir emote in the same location where his cousin nursed a broken heart in 'Jab We Met'.

The film is presented by UTV Motion Pictures and Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.
