SRK emerges as second richest actor in world

Mumbai, May 21 (IBNS): Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan has been named as the second richest actor in both Hollywood and Bollywood combined list.
According to the  Wealth-X Hollywood and Bollywood Rich List, that was released on Wednesday, Khan emerged as the second richest actor just behind comedian Jerry Seinfeld with an estimated net worth of US$820 million.
 
"Taking the second spot – and the only Bollywood actor on Wealth-X’s top 10 list – is movie star Shah Rukh Khan, who is estimated to be worth US$600 million. Immensely popular around the globe as well as in his home country, India, where he is referred to in the media as “Badshah of Bollywood” or “King of Bollywood”, Khan is also a producer, TV host, co-owner of an Indian cricket club and a philanthropist. He has appeared in more than 50 Bollywood films and is a regular at the annual Cannes Film Festival," Wealth-X posted on its site.
 
Just behind Khan, Tom Cruise bagged the third place having assets worth $480 million followed by Johny Depp and Tyler Perry both tied at $ 450 million.
