Sonakshi Sinha's Akira earns over 10 crore in 2 days

Mumbai, Sept 4 (IBNS): Actress Sonakshi Sinha's latest released movie 'Akira' has earned more than Rs. 10 crore in the first two days since it released on Friday.

"#Akira shows minimal growth on Sat... Sun is crucial... Fri 5.15 cr, Sat 5.30 cr. Total: ₹ 10.45 cr. India biz," film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted.

Meanwhile, Sonakshi thanked her fans for liking the movie.

She tweeted: "This sunday looks bright and white! Thank you for showing so much love for #Akira! #sundayselfie."

The film has been co written, produced and directed by AR Murugadoss.

The soundtrack composed byVishal-Shekhar.

The film also features filmmaker-turned-actor Anurag Kashyap and actress Konkona Sen Sharma.
