'Sarbjit' starring Richa Chadha to release in May 2016

Mumbai, Jan 19 (IBNS): The upcoming movie Sarbjit, featuring actress Richa Chadha, will be releasing on May 19.

The actress is all set to sweep you off your feet with her role in the film based on the life of Sarabjit Singh, an Indian farmer who was convicted of terrorism and spying in Pakistan.

Richa plays the role of Sarbjit’s wife, Sukhpreet Kaur.

Richa Chadha is known for playing unconventional characters and she is going to prove the same yet again with this challenging role. The actress is also preparing for a folk dance form performed by women - Giddha to be shot later this month.

Directed by Omung Kumar, Sarbjit stars Randeep Hooda, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Richa Chadha in lead role.
