Rupam Islam pays tribute to Sushant Singh Rajput with his song 'Na Bola Golpera'
Kolkata: Popular Bengali rock music icon Rupam Islam has unveiled his new track dedicated to late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
The song is titled 'Na Bola Golpera'.
On Youtube, the song, which was unveiled in Rupam's own page, has gained 24,833 views in the past 23 hours.
Sushant died on June 14 last year, leaving his fans shocked. He supposedly committed suicide.
His death triggered a tsunami of events that almost felled big Bollywood names and dragged several top stars and personalities into controversies ranging from nepotism, bullying of those from non-film backgrounds and drugs.
An engineering dropout, Sushant came to Bollywood from a middle-class background but went on to deliver many memorable movies, including the biopic on former Indian skipper MS Dhoni.
Sharing the song on Instagram, Rupam wrote: "#NewRelease #SushantSinghRajput— An Untold Story (না বলা গল্পেরা)."
