The song is composed by MM Keeravaani and sung by Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava.

The electrifying number took Oscars by storm as it’s not only bestowed with this esteemed award but also as singer Rahul Sipligunj and Kala Bhairava’s smashing performance along with moves of Lauren Gottleib had received a standing ovation, indeed creating a historic moment for global smash hit song.

The actor received a grand welcome by a sea of fans at the Delhi airport. He was accompanied by wife Upasana Kamineni, and his pet. He also thanked the fans and audience for showering their love.

"Thank you everybody. I am proud of Keeravaani, Rajamouli sir and lyricist Chandrabose. Because of them we went to the red carpet and won the Oscars.

"Apart from them, our country, fans and audiences from North to South or East to West, I thank them for making ‘RRR’ a super hit. It is your song, not ours. Naatu Naatu has become the song of the country," said Ram Charan.

The song competed against Applause from Tell It like a Woman, Hold My Hand from Top Gun Maverick, Lift Me Up from Black Panther Wakanda Forever, and This Is a Life from Everything Everywhere All at Once.
