Ranveer is a prolific actor: Sanjay Leela Bhansali

Mumbai, Dec 22 (IBNS) Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, whose movie 'Bajirao Mastani' released this weekend amidst a good run, is all praise for his cast member Ranveer Singh, calling him a prolific actor, who is ready to do anything for the film.

Speaking to film critic Anupama Chopra, Bhansali said, "He is a prolific actor. The outer self is that of an entertainer yes, but as actor, he can just about do anything. I can make him remove his shirt onscreen and dance to a TatadaTadad; I could also make him become the powerful Bajirao. I can be honest with him, telling him if he is boring me, or making me emotional or if he could deliver a shot better."

The filmmaker, known for his colourful frames, called Ranveer an important part for his expression.

He said, "Ranveer has become an important part of my expression in the last 4 years. He is doing everything I want him to do with a character, and what’s special, is that he does it effortlessly. I could make him do anything."

Ranveer too on several occasion has acknowledge the filmmaker's presence in his life.
