Kolkata/IBNS: Actress-singer Monami Ghosh has featured in music video 'Ailo Uma Barite', a Durga Puja theme song which has been launched recently.

The song is directed by Saikat Baruri.

Crafted by singer Antara Nandy and composed by Mak-Mallar, the lyrics have been penned down by Akash Chakrabarty.

The song seamlessly weaves together the essence of Durga Puja, paying homage to the goddess through its enchanting verses.

Monami said, "After 'Vitamin M' (Baruri's last music video), I wanted to make something that is more rooted to our culture with a blend of folk in it. It has been made fully within 15-20 days."

She added, "It’s a very beautiful mixture of such a beautiful story that perfectly worked hand in hand with the song lyrics, it’s a three-hour show in just three minutes."
