Mom-to-be Kareena Kapoor turns 36

Mumbai, Sept 21 (IBNS): Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor, who's pregnant with her first child, turned 36 on Wednesday.

Kareena hails from the famous Kapoor family of Bollywood, one of the pioneers in the industry and is the younger sibling of actress Karishma Kapoor.

She made her debut with Refugee in 2000 alongside fellow debutant Abhishek Bachchan.

Over the years, Kareena starred in several commercially successful movies while cementing her place as an actress.

Her latest feature film Udta Punjab garnered rave reviews from critics and audiences alike.

She's also a prolific dancer and have featured in several item songs.

She got hitched to fellow actor Saif Ali Khan in 2012 and the couple is expecting their first child.

In a career spanning 16 years, Kareena has won six Filmfare Awards from 10 nominations.
