Mission accomplished: Akshay Kumar tweets after completing Bell Bottom  shoot

Mumbai: Actor Akshay Kumar has accomplished the mission of completing the shoot for his upcoming movie 'Bell Bottom' amid COVID-19 pandemic.

"Mission accomplished! After a long but fruitful schedule, grateful to have shot and completed #Bellbottom during the pandemic ! Now its time to head back #JetSetGo," Kumar tweeted.

The superstar also shared an image with Vaani on his social media platforms where the duo could be seen standing infront of a flight.

Akshay unveiled the poster of the movie on Oct 1.

Apart from Akshay, the film stars Vaani Kapoor, Huma Qureshi and Lara Dutta in the lead roles.Though the film, which will be directed by Ranjit M Tewari, was about to release initially on Jan 22, 2021, Akshay had pushed the date to Apr 2 of the same year to avoid clashes with his own film Bachchan Pandey.
