Mumbai/IBNS: Model Milind Soman shared a 25-year-old advertisement that had triggered a controversy back then and said he wondered how people would have reacted to the photograph if it was released now.

The controversial nude ad shoot was much talked about then.

The photograph featured Milind and his then girlfreind Madhu Sapre.

Sharing his monochrome picture on Instagram, Soman wrote: "Keep seeing this pop up on my timelines every once in a while :) its 25 years old, no social media no internet either I think ! wonder what the reaction would have been if it had been released today."

The picture was a part of an advertisement for a footwear brand.

Madhu and Soman had appeared naked in the image with a nake wrapped around them.

The shoes they wore were the only accessory in their body.
