Meet John Abraham from Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone starrer Pathaan
Bollywood superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, the two lead actors of Yash Raj Films' upcoming mega project Pathaan, Thursday morning shared the first look of actor John Abraham in the upcoming Hindi film, which is directed by Siddharth Anand.
"He’s tough and plays it rough! Presenting @thejohnabraham in #Pathaan. Celebrate #Pathaan with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you on 25th January, 2023. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu," Shah Rukh said, sharing John's look on his Instagram handle.

About his decision to cast John as the villain, Siddharth says, "John Abraham is THE antagonist, THE villain of Pathaan. And I have always believed in the fact that the villain’s projection should be as big, if not bigger than that of the hero’s.
Only when the villain is massive, can the tussle between them be spectacular. And we have an extraordinary battle when SRK takes on John! We wanted to present John in a super slick avatar."
The audience is undoubtedly gearing up for the release of Pathaan, which will mark Shah Rukh's comeback into the silver screen after the superstar took a break from films after his Zero released in 2018.
Shah Rukh and Deepika, one of the biggest on-screen pairings given their blockbusters Om Shanti Om, Chennai Express, and Happy New Year, earlier sizzled in Spain as leaked photos from the sets took the internet by storm.
The glamourous duo shot a hugely mounted song in Mallorca as SRK was papped flaunting an eight-pack and Deepika in her perfect bikini bod.
Pathaan is set to release on Jan 25, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
