'Jawan': Shah Rukh Khan's film collects over Rs. 50 cr in advance booking, claim reports

Mumbai/IBNS: In a few hours' time, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan will be appearing on the big screen for the second time in 2023, courtesy Atlee's 'Jawan'.

'Jawan', an action film, is set for a storm in the box office on opening day.

As per reports, the film has collected over Rs. 50 crore in advance booking, which started seven days prior to the release date (September 7).

Alongside SRK, the film stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles.

SRK, who plays a former soldier in the film, is seen in the trailer hijacking a metro while Vijay's never-seen-before avatar is explored.

Besides a few romantic sequences between SRK and Nayanthara, the viewers can't miss superstar Deepika Padukone- who plays a cameo- in the trailer.

'Jawan', which is produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.

Shah Rukh Khan, daughter Suhana, Nayanthara visit Tirupati

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, his daughter Suhana Khan and actress Nayanthara visited Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh to seek blessings on Tuesday morning.

The three went to Sri Venkateshwara Swamy in Tirupati to offer prayers in the wee hours on Tuesday.

In a viral video, SRK and Suhana were seen inside the temple in all white attires along with the superstar's manager Pooja Dadlani. They were also joined by Nayanthara, who plays the other lead in 'Jawan'.
