'Jawan': Shah Rukh Khan's film collects over Rs. 327 cr in box office

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan starrer 'Jawan' is in no mood to slow down, neither in the domestic nor in the international box office, as the film is maintaining its steady run.

The film has earned Rs. 327.88 crore till Wednesday with the record of double digit numbers even in the weekdays.

Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#Jawan continues its GLORIOUS RUN… Will close *extended* Week 1 TODAY with a HUMONGOUS TOTAL… Biz in Weekend 2 crucial, will give an idea of its *lifetime total*… Thu 65.50 cr, Fri 46.23 cr, Sat 68.72 cr, Sun 71.63 cr, Mon 30.50 cr, Tue 24 cr, Wed 21.30 cr. Total: ₹ 327.88 cr. #Hindi. #India biz."

According to a report by Hindustan Times, the action-based political commentary directed by Atlee Kumar, has earned Rs. 650 crore worldwide in seven days since its release.

The film, which remotely resembles the popular Spanish web show 'Money Heist', sold 9.7 lakh tickets on the seventh day on Wednesday.

Co-starring Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead alongside Shah Rukh Khan, the film was released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada on September 7.

Bollywood superstar Deepika Padukone plays an extended cameo while Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Lehar Khan and Ridhi Dogra feature in important roles with Sanjay Dutt acting in a cameo.
