International Yoga Day: Kareena Kapoor Khan sends strong message to fans with her Instagram story post

Mumbai: Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, who is known for keeping herself fit, sent out a strong message to her fans on International Yoga Day by posting a gorgeous image of herself on Instagram story section.

She wrote in the picture: "Free Your Mind."

In the image, Kareena could be seen sporting a bikini and performing a yoga asana amid a picturesque backdrop.

In another post, she wrote: " For me, my yoga journey began in 2006 when I signed Tashan and Jab We Met... an incredible one... which kept me fit and strong."

" Now after two babies and four months postpartum... this time I was just exhausted and in too much pain to get back but today I’m slowly and steadily getting back at it," she said.

The actress further said: " My yoga time is my me time... and of course, consistency is key... so, keep at it people."

She was last seen in the 2020 released movie Angrezi Medium.
