Indore: FIR filed against Ekta Kapoor for webshow Triple X Season 2

Mumbai/IBNS: A First Information Report (FIR) has been filed against filmmaker-producer Ekta Kapoor and two others in Madhya Pradesh's Indore city on charges of spreading obscenity, hurting religious feelings, and improper use of national emblems via her webshow "Triple X Season 2".

The FIR has also named director of the webseries Pankhudi Rodrigues and screenwriter Jessica Khurana.

According to media reports, two local men named Valmiki Sakargaye and Neeraj Yagnik filed the FIR.

The case was registered on Friday under section 294 (obscenity) and 298 (hurting the religious sentiments) of the IPC, along with The Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971.
