Mumbai, Feb 21 (IBNS): Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani, who broke all records with PK that collected 340 crores, has been receiving several offers to be part of television shows.

Many show organizers want to encash on the filmmaker's popularity and feel that it would be a great chance for participants to showcase their talent in front of Rajkumar Hirani.

When asked Rajukumar Hirani about it, he said, “Offers used to come earlier as well, but I didn't do anything. But if something interesting comes up, I may consider it,” adding that at times, certain projects can only be made for telly. “There are some stories that you can’t do for cinema, but can be done only for TV, and I’m open to them.”

With content on the medium evolving over the years, Rajukumar Hirani added “I’m not averse to the medium. Television is huge, in fact, even bigger than cinema,”

“After every film, I think about doing TV, but then I back off. It’s a huge commitment; it’s not just one episode that you have to make. Probably that’s why I have had my reservations. But I’ll do it someday,” he said.
