Mumbai/IBNS: Actress Sanjeeda Shaikh, who made her OTT debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heeramandi, has recently revealed an incident where she was groped by a woman at a nightclub, leaving her shocked.

In an interview with Hauterrfly, Sanjeeda shared how she was touched inappropriately by a woman.

Sanjeeda said, "I remember one incident very vaguely but it was by a woman. I was in a nightclub. One woman was passing by and she just touched my breast and she left.

"I was kind of taken aback, like what just happened. We hear men smack you on the back and they misbehave, ladkiyaan koi kum nahi hai."

"If you are headed on the wrong path, you are going on it regardless. It has nothing to do with men or women, whatever is wrong is wrong. If a woman has wronged you, tell her. Because I think playing the victimhood card is very unattractive," she added.

Sanjeeda, who works in Hindi films and daily soaps, is best known for playing Namrata in Kyaa Hoga Nimmo Kaa.

Among the films where she featured are Taish, Kaali Khuhi, Fighter.

She ventured into OTT with Heeramandi, which is also the digital debut for Bhansali.

Heeramandi, which is streaming on Netflix, has opened to rave reviews and has created quite a buzz.
