Farhan Akhtar watches Dil Dhadakne Do trailer today

Mumbai, Apr 9 (IBNS): Farhan Akhtar finally saw the trailer of Dil Dhadakne Do on Thursday.
Zoya Akhtar has kept the content of the film under wraps.
 
Farhan has barely been in the city due to his band commitments but even when he has been around, Zoya has refrained from showing him the trailer of the film.
 
Zoya has been working on it since a couple of weeks but was not keen to show the rough cut of the trailer to anyone. 
 
In fact a lot of friends and family have been asking her, but Zoya has been dodging them. However, with the trailer more or less ready Zoya finally showed it to Farhan.
 
She wanted him to see the trailer first as she knew he would give her a non- bias opinion.
 
Farhan finally watched the trailer on Thursday and discussed it at length with Zoya.
 
He quite liked how she has retained and encapsulated the essence of the film. Farhan immediately asked if he can show the trailer to some of his close friends to which Zoya firmly denied. After a to and fro, Farhan had no option but to agree to her ways. 
 
Everyone has been very excited to catch the trailer of the film. While the film is releasing on 5th June, the trailer will be out on 15th April.
 
Farhan also recently tweeted about the trailer being launched which created a buzz online.
 
Dil Dhadakne Do is about a dysfunctional Punjabi family on a cruise trip across the Mediterranean.
