Expect the unexpected from me: SRK

Kolkata, Oct 29 (IBNS): Calling Kolkata his hometown, Bollywood superstar and West Bengal's brand ambassador Shah Rukh Khan visited the city on Wednesday to promote his new film and said his fans can expect the 'unexpected' from him in the upcoming days.

"I will love to say that please expect the unexpected from me. I will try to be the unexpected for the people," Khan said during a press conference here.

Khan said in his life he wants to give his best in acting.

"As an actor, I want to act and give my best to it.I hope I can create some magic onscreen and my children tell me that you have done a good job papa."

Khan promoted his latest released film 'Happy New Year'.

Speaking on the film and its whopping business at the box office, he said:  "I feel that Numbers are just indicators. We are happy for it."

Directed y Farah Khan, the film features Abhishek Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah in the lead roles.

Farah Khan said she loves the childlike qualities in her movies.

"I have a childlike quality in my movies and I hope it does not fades away," Farah Khan said.

"Happy New Year" hit the silver screen on Friday.
