Mumbai/IBNS: Like every year, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan made an appearance outside his residence Mannat on the occasion of Muslim festival Eid-ul-Fitr on Saturday.

In a pair of jeans and a white t-shirt, Shah Rukh greeted his fans from the balcony of his residence with folded hands.

Sharing the pictures on Twitter, the 57-year-old actor said, "So lovely to see you all on this festive day!!! Now let’s spread the love… and may God’s blessings be upon all of us… Eid Mubarak."

Eid is celebrated on the first day of the 10th month of the Islamic lunar calendar or Shawwal.

Muslims hold fasting from dawn to dusk for one month till the first day of Shawwal. Eid is marked by the very significant moon sighting.

On the work front, Shah Rukh made a roaring comeback to the silver screens after a hiatus for four years with Pathaan, which grossed over Rs. 1,000 crore worldwide.

The superstar will be busy this year with two more releases, namely Jawan and Dunki.
