Director Tim Burton honoured at Hollywood Walk of Fame

Los Angeles, Sept 9 (IBNS): Renowned Hollywood Director Tim Burton who has given us hits like Tim Burton's Corpse Bride, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Alice in Wonderland and Maleficent was honoured with a hand and foot print on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.

Actress Winona Ryder paid a touching tribute to Tim Burton at the ceremony.

From visionary director Tim Burton, and based upon the best-selling novel, comes an unforgettable motion picture experience. When his beloved grandfather leaves Jake clues to a mystery that spans different worlds and times, he finds a magical place known as Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children.

Distributed by Fox Star India the film stars Eva Green, Asa Butterfield, Ella Purnell, Allison Janney, Terence Stamp, Rupert Everett, with Judi Dench and Samuel L. Jackson.

Indian movie lovers can watch Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children in cinemas in India from Oct 7.
