Director Abhishek Kapoor, Ayushmann Khurrana unite for yet to be titled project

Mumbai: Director Abhishek Kapoor and Ayushmann Khurrana have united for an untitled project.

Kapoor is known for directing popular movies like Kedarnath and Rock On.

Film critic Taran Adarsh said the movie is a love story based in north India.

Adarsh tweeted: " IT'S OFFICIAL... #AyushmannKhurrana and director #AbhishekKapoor [#RockOn, #KaiPoChe, #Kedarnath] to collaborate for the first time... Film not titled yet.. A love story set in #NorthIndia... #Ayushmann will enact the part of a cross-functional athlete... Starts Oct 2020."

Ayushmann is one of the most sought after actors in the country after he delivered one hit movie after another since 2017.

He was last seen in Gulabo Sitabo.

The movie also featured Amitabh Bachchan and was released on online streaming platform owing to COVID-19 lockdown.
