Kolkata/IBNS: The first episode of digital platform Uribaba's second installment of web series Birohi is now streaming on YouTube.

The episode is streaming on Uribaba's YouTube channel.

The second series comes after the massive success of the inaugural part of the web series, which is directed by Pradipta Bhattacharyya.

Speaking on Birohi, which is often compared to Hindi web series Panchayat, Bhattacharyaa had earlier said, "The beginning of the second part will be a bit different. A time gap between the two installments is also shown on-screen ."

On his challenges to live up to the expectations created by the first installment, he says, "Apart from thinking of the continuation and characters, I dealt with this new season distinctly."

Like the first part, actors Sayan Ghosh, Satakshi Nandy, Anuradha Mukherjee played the lead roles in Birohi 2.

The web series is produced by 180 degree and Trickster and Span Production.
