Bengali comedy show

Kolkata, May 23 (IBNS): Bengali entertainment channel Star Jalsha's comedy show 'I Laugh You' is back with its third season.

The show directed by Tollywood's popular filmmaker Raj Chakraborty and produced by Shree Venkatesh Films will hit the TV screens from May 31 every Sunday at 9 PM  on Star Jalsha.

"I am really exited to judge the show and it seems to be promising enough," said actress Indrani Halder at a press event to announce the third season on Friday.

The non-fiction show is about twelve popular comedians performing skits in pairs on a given theme.The judges-Chiranjeet Chakraborty,Indrani Halder and Saswata Chatterjee choose the best from each episode and the top six teams will combat in the grand finale for the title of the Bengal's funniest jodi (pair).

The anchors are popular humorists Kanchan Mallik and Rudhranil Ghosh.

Addressing the audience, Raj Chakraborty said: "I hope you all will provide us with love and support. My expectations are even higher this time as the performance level is better than that of the earlier seasons.We have enjoyed working and wish the audience will enjoy it more.As there is no other comedy show in the Bengali television right now i think. I hope this season will be a great success."
