Ayushmann Khurrana, Sonu Nigam, Shaan turn the new host-dost
Mumbai, Sept 21 (IBNS): T-series along with Colors announced a musical extravaganza 'Suron Ke Rang Colors Ke Sang - Salaam Shri Gulshan Kumar' which is a musical concert tribute to Gulshan Kumar and celebrate three decades to T-Series.
For the first time ever, the audience will see actor Ayushmann Khurrana along with singer Sonu Nigam and Shaan hosts an event together where they will through the musical journey of Gulshan Kumar and T-Series with the who's who of Indian music and film industry.
Suron Ke Rang Colors Ke Sang - Salaam Gulshan Kumar will have AyushmannKhuranna as the co host sharing the stage with ace singers Sonu Nigam and Shaan who are the guest hosts for the evening.
Ayushmann Khurrana who has proved himself as a successful singer - composer along with being an actor worked on first single 'Mitti Di Khushboo' which was presented by Bhushan Kumar (T-Series) which garnered a huge applause from his audience.
Similarly, Sonu Nigam who is one of the best male singer and has sung for all the leading men in the Hindi film industry started his music journey with T-Series.
Sonu Nigam was launched by T-Series whose album 'Deewana' with the music label turned out to be his first biggest successful album of all time. His professional relationship with T-Series gave him a chance to work with the father - son duo Shri Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar closely which soon turned into a strong personal bond. Sonu finds his relation with Gulshanji very close to the heart which made him immediately agree to host the event with the others.
On one hand where Sonu Nigam was launched by the music label who has had a strong association with the label for two decades already, Shaan has sung many compositions for T-Series and was happy to be a part of the event which celebrates music and the man whose passion for music took the entire industry to experiment and explore more avenues in the field.
The concert, a tribute to Late Gulshan Kumar, will witness the participation of stalwarts from the world of Indian music as they come together to salute the magnificence that was Kumar and recreate some of the best longstanding T-Series ballads which have marked the brand's success over the past three decades. The event will be held in Mumbai on Sept 22 and will air on Colors later this year.
