Amitabh Bachchan tests positive for Covid-19 again, urges contact to get tested

Mumbai/IBNS: Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan Tuesday informed that he had tested positive for Covid-19 again and urged those who had come in contact with him to get tested as well.

In a tweet, Bachchan said: "I have just tested CoViD + positive  .. all those that have been in my vicinity and around me, please get yourself checked and tested also .."

The 79-year-old actor tested positive for the infection earlier and had to be hospitalised in 2020.

His actor-son Abhishek Bachchan, actor-daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and granddaughter Aaradhya Bachchan had also tested positive.

Amitabh Bachchan is awaiting the release of Ayan Mukerji's 'Brahmastra Part One: Shiva' and will also be seen in Vikas Bahl's 'Goodbye', 'UUnchai' and 'Project K'.
