Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan and South Indian superstar Prabhas were almost into a competition to help out pregnant actress Deepika Padukone, leaving her in splits at an event in Mumbai on Wednesday.

As Deepika was coming down from the stage after her introduction at the promotional event of upcoming film Kalki 2898 AD, both Bachchan and Prabhas walked towards her to help.

While Prabhas could hold Deepika's hands, Bachchan, who jokingly appeared to be miffed, patted on the 'Baahubali' actor and then all three burst into laughter.

Ahead of the Kalki event on Wednesday, Deepika sweeped the internet dropping some pictures of her baby bump.

In a new Instagram post, Deepika is seen wearing a black midi dress which was her attire for the evening.

In the caption, she wrote, "Okay enough…Now I’m hungry!"

Deepika, who is married to popular Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh, announced her pregnancy on February 29, 2024. The couple are expecting their first child in September 2024.
