Amitabh Bachchan calls reports of his angioplasty 'fake news'

Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan has dismissed the media reports which on Friday claimed the veteran actor was hospitalised and underwent angioplasty.

Bachchan, 81, was spotted attending Indian Street Premier League (ISPL) final match in Mumbai along with his actor son Abhishek Bachchan.

While he was leaving the stadium, a paparazzi had asked him about his health to which Bachchan said, "Fake news."

On the work front, Bachchan is busy shooting for Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD.

In 2023, Bachchan was injured during the shooting of Kalki 2898 AD. He was injured during an action shot.

Kalki, a fantasy drama, features actors Prabhas and Deepika Padukone in the lead.
