Mumbai/IBNS: In another feather in her hat, Bollywood's leading actress Alia Bhatt has featured in the list of TIME Magazine's '100 Most Influential People of 2024'.

For Alia, a note has been written by her Hollywood debut film 'Heart of Stone' director Tom Harper in the magazine.

On her work, Tom said, "There is a grace to the way she goes about her work: focused, open to ideas, and willing to take creative risks. One of my favorite moments in the film came from an improvisation at the end of a take where she took the emotional thread and ran with it."

"Alia’s superpower is her ability to mix movie-star magnetism with authenticity and sensitivity. As an actor she is luminous, and as a person she brings the grounded assurance and creativity that make a truly international star," he added.

Alia, who made her lead actress debut in 2012 with 'Student of the Year', has gone on to feature in a meaty number of commercially successful films.

Among the films which went on to rule the box office are '2 States', 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania', 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania', 'Raazi', 'Gangubai Kathiawadi', 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani', 'Brahmastra: Part One - Shiva'.

She earned critical acclaim for her acting in films like 'Highway', 'Dear Zindagi', 'Darlings' et al.

In 2023, she earned her maiden National Awards for her acting in 'Gangubai Kathiawadi', where she played the role of a brothel owner.

Alia ventured into production under the banner Eternal Sunshine Productions with 'Darlings', a black comedy film where she featured as a victim of domestic abuse.

She joined Amazon Prime Video's web series 'Poacher' as an executive producer.

The series, which premiered at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival, started streaming on Prime Video earlier this year.

On the acting front, she will next feature in Vasan Bala's 'Jigra', co-starring Vedang Raina.
