Akshay Kumar wishes 'housefull' success to team 'Azhar'

Mumbai, May 11 (IBNS) Superstar Akshay Kumar on Wednesday wished the team of upcoming Bollywood film 'Azhar' for touching 'housefull' success.

"All the best to my friend Tony and the entire team for their film #Azhar releasing on 13th May! Hope it is #Housefull at the theatres ," Kumar tweeted.

Though Azhar is not a biopic, it is based on some well-known incidents and facts of former Indian cricket captain Azharuddin’s life.

The film is directed by Tony D’Souza and stars Emraan Hashmi, Prachi Desai, Nargis Fakhri and Lara Dutta along with others. Produced by Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor and Sony Pictures Networks, the film is slated to release on May 13.

Kumar will soon be seen in the movie Housefull 3.
