18 kg dress for Saiyami Kher in Mirziya
Saiyami Kher’s wedding sequence in the film is one of the most integral sequences of the film.
It is a grand Rajasthani wedding and for the sequence Saiyami had to wear a traditional Rajasthani poshak weighing 18 kgs, specially designed by Sabyasachi.
Along with that she also had to wear heavy jewellery with her outfit.
The scene required Saiyami to walk a long distance in the hot desert.
The heavy outfit, jewellery and heat were a difficult combination and it was an extremely tough sequence, but Saiyami pulled it off well.
Rakeysh is leaving no stone unturned for his film and personally looking into all the detailing, making sure everything is perfect and the entire team of the film; the cast and crew is putting in their best.
