The Day 3 (May 16, 2014) of the 67th Festival De Cannes 2014 saw the L'Oréal Paris ambassador Blake Lively walk the red carpet with husband and L'Oréal Paris ambassador Ryan Reynolds, for his film premiere at the festival. She paired her look with dark smokey eye make-up and a pop of red on her lips. Madame Ines de la Fressange sparkled with a red gown and a bright red lip color. Also seen attending the event were L'Oréal Paris ambassadors Heike Makatsch, Ingeborga Dapkunaite and Arwa.

The Day 2 (May 15, 2014) of the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival witnessed L'Oréal Paris ambassadors – Juliane Moore, Liya Kebede and Madame Ines de la Fressange grace the much coveted red carpet. The newest members of the L'Oréal Paris family, Zoe Saldana and Blake Lively made their second appearance at the festival. They both opted for a nude lip with Zoe donning a dark smoky eye and Blake some gold shimmer.

The 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival opened on Wednesday (May 14, 2014) with brand ambassadors of L’Oréal Paris – the official make-up artist for festival walking the red carpet. Day 1 saw Blake Lively, Zoe Saldana, Jane Fonda, Laetitia Casta and Gong Li walk the red carpet for the opening. Blake Lively and Zoe Saldana, who have recently been signed on as the spokespeople for L'Oréal Paris made their first appearance at the festival.

Highlights fashion studio and ad agency on Apr 29, 2014 launched the calendar for the current Bengali year 1421 in Kolkata. The theme of the calendar is based on Rabindranath Tagore's women characters as described by the world bard in his famous novels. Twelve city models portrayed famous 12 leading emale fcharacters in the 12 pages of the calendar. Renowned Indian screen and stage actor Naseeruddin Shah on Friday (May 3, 2014) commemorating the 93rd birth anniversary of legendary Indian filmmaker Satyajit Ray, released an un-filmed visual script written by Ray. The script edited in the form of a book by Sandip Ray was released at the ICCR’s Rabindranath Tagore Centre, in Kolkata. The visual script 'Satyajit Ray’s Ravi Shankar', comprises articles by Ray and interviews of Ravi Shankar on various aspects of their collaboration, and a scholarly introduction by Sankarlal Bhattacharjee on the relationship between the two maestros. Popular Indian pop, jazz and playback singer Usha Uthup on Monday (Apr 28, 2014) lent her voice to record the theme song of the upcoming Bengali movie 'Gogoler Kirti' in Kolkata. The film is directed by Pompi Ghosh Mukherjee and produced by Supratik Ghosh. Uthup recorded the theme song 'Go Gogol Go' in the presence of music director Surojit Chatterjee at her own studio 'Studio Vibrations'. Penned by new talent Tapan Mukherjee, a member of Surojit Chatterjee’s virtual poetry club 'Kobita Club', the song is a fusion of disco and trance.
