Jamtara/UNI: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath accused the opposition parties of raising such issues which were a threat to the national security of the country.

Addressing an election rally in Nala while campaigning for BJP candidate Satyanand Jha Batul, he said that opposition has no issues in the country therefore it was speaking the language of the enemy. He said, Congress, JMM and RJD instead of working as an effective opposition are filled with negative thoughts and are raising only such issues which are threat to the national security of the country.

He said, under his second tenure Prime Minister Narendra Modi has played an impressive innings and scrapped Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir which was also opposed by Baba Saheb Ambedkar in 1952. He said that the previous governments did not have the courage to take this bold decision which was taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.

Yogi slammed the opposition for spreading lies on the issue of Citizenship Amendment Act and said that the act had been only passed to give citizenship to the minorities of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh who had to face atrocities in their countries.

On the Ram Mandir issue, he said that the Congress party had deliberately delayed the matter in the supreme court as it did not want the issue to be solved for its vote bank politics.

Describing Ram Rajya as the best form of administration, he said that the BJP governments in the centre and the state have delivered similar type of administration to the people where the development process has been accelerated, security of the nation has been accorded prime importance and prosperity of the country is being ensured.

Outlining the achievements of the central government, he said four crores people have got homes under PMAY, 10 crore people have got toilets, 8 crore women have got LPG connections under Ujjwala Yojana, 5 crore people people provided benefits of Ayushman Bahart Yojana while 12 crore farmers have been benefitted under PM Kissan Yojana. He said that these things could have been done earlier but the JMM Congress and RJD have no respect towards the poor, youth and farmers than how can they be expected to develop the state.
