World leaders condemn France attacks

New York, Nov 14 (IBNS): Several world leaders, including US President Barack Obama, on Saturday condemned the attacks in France capital Paris which left more than 120 people killed.

"This is an attack on all of humanity and the universal values that we share," Obama said.

US Vice President Joe Biden tweeted: "Our hearts are with Paris tonight. As we learn more about these tragic attacks, we stand together. We will never bow. We will never break."

British PM David Cameron said: "I am shocked by events in Paris tonight. Our thoughts and prayers are with the French people. We will do whatever we can to help."

Indian President Pranab Mukherjee said: "Strongly condemn terrorist attacks in Paris, India stands firmly by France, my heart goes out to its people."

Indian PM Narendra Modi posted: "News from Paris is anguishing & dreadful. Prayers with families of the deceased. We are united with people of France in this tragic hour."

German chancellor Angela Merkel has also condemned the attack.
