Woman killed as India, Pakistan trade fire along LoC

Srinagar, May 11 (IBNS): A woman was killed while her husband seriously injured in a fresh ceasefire violation by Pakistan troopers’ after exchanged fire with Indian troopers, along the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir last night.

There was firing and shelling by Pakistan army on Wednesday night in Naushers Sector resulting death of women while her husband got seriously injured, Army official told IBNS in Jammu

Pakistan Army initiated the firing of small arms, automatics, 82 mm and 120 mm mortars from 10.40 p.m. along the Line of Control and Indian Army posts are retaliating strongly the firing is presently on, he said.
