New Delhi, Dec 15 (IBNS): The delayed winter session of Parliament began on Friday as Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Lok Sabha introduced list of new ministers appointed recently.

The winter session of the Parliament was delayed due to the Gujarat poll. The session will continue till 2018.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, before stepping into the Parliament, said: "I believe all people who spread scandals (Opposition) will attend the session and a proper debate will take place in the House."

"A session need to go rightly for the benefit of the country and to strengthen democracy."
