We will not let BJP proceed on Land Bill : Rahul Gandhi tells Rajasthan rally
Kothwali, Rajasthan, Jul 16 (IBNS) Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday vowed not to let the BJP proceed.
"We will not concede an inch of land to them. We will not let the BJP proceed," he said while addressing a rally on the contentious Land Bill that the BJP government seeks to push through.
Reports said earlier in the day, Rahul undertook a padayatra to heighten his campaign on land bill among the people, especially farmers.
The Congress Vice President also attacked the BJP governments over the issue of corruption.
"BJP has given us many issues to fight for. We could not have dreamt of so many issues."
"Congress is for the poor, farmers and labourers. Whenever they (BJP) try to trouble you, we'll be with you," he said.
