Vinod Mehta to receive GK Reddy Memorial Award 2014

New Delhi, Sept 2 (IBNS): T. Subbarami Reddy, Member of Parliament and Chairman, TSR Foundation has founded an Award in the memory of late GK Reddy, a distinguished and renowned journalist whose phenomenal conception and perception of political and diplomatic affairs are still living in the hearts of millions and millions of admirers.
The GK Reddy Memorial Award carries 5 lakhs cash, gold medal and a citation.
 
 T. Subbarami Reddy, has declared GK Reddy Memorial Award to Vinod Mehta, an eminent Journalist and  Editorial Chairman, The Outlook Group, for his outstanding contribution in the field of journalism for the year 2014.
 
Vinod Mehta has become one of India’s most popular editors by launching a number of successful publications such as the Sunday Observer, Indian Post, The Independent, The Pioneer and finally Outlook. He has  authored biography of Meena Kumari, Film Actress and Sanjay Gandhi. 
 
The prestigious GK Reddy Memorial Award will be conferred on Vinod Mehta in a grand function in Dec 2014.
