Vice President greets people on eve of Rath Yatra

New Delhi, Jul 3 (IBNS): Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Rath Yatra.

In a message, he said that Lord Jagannath is considered to be an incarnation of Lord Vishnu and the Rath Yatra of Odisha witness the coming together of the entire community in celebration of the grace and divinity of Lord Jagannath.

"May the pious and noble ideals associated with Rath Yatra enrich our lives with peace and harmony," he said.

Greeting all, he said: “I convey my heartiest greetings and good wishes to the people of our country on the joyous occasion of Rath Yatra."
