Uttar Pradesh: Two wanted criminals arrested in Gorakhpur

Gorakhpur, Mar 27 (UNI) Local police have arrested two wanted criminals carrying reward of Rs 15,000 each on their heads, from Badhalganj area on Wednesday.

Police sources here said that acting on tip-off police team arrested Mayank Dubey alias Max near Jhumila market and recovered a country-made pistol with some cartages from his possession.

 

Several criminal cases under attempt to murder, Gangster act charges were registered against him in Badhalganj police station and reward of Rs 15,000 was announced on his arrest.

In another incident notorious criminal Sanjay Kumar Nigam was arrested from Ambedkarnagar crossing.
