Uttar Pradesh: Couple killed in road accident in Jalaun

Jalaun, Feb 26 (UNI/IBNS): A couple was killed and two other people critically injured when two motorcycles collided in the Koch Kotwali area in this district of Uttar Pradesh, police said on Monday.

According to the police, the accident occurred when Vinay Narayan (40) and his wife Kiran (36) were proceeding towards Urai from Koch, near the Paniyara Manohari village late on Monday night.

A speeding motorcycle coming from the opposite direction rammed into their bike, leading to on the spot death of the couple.

Munnalal (50) and one other person, who were riding the other motorcycle, have been admitted to a hospital in a critical state.
